Impressive fundraising total underscores early and energetic support from voters and donors alike.
Nashville, TN – Former Nashville Mayor Megan Barry today announced a fourth quarter fundraising haul of over $171k, raised in the first three weeks of her campaign for Tennessee’s Seventh Congressional District. Fundraising since the first of the year brings the total amount raised so far to over a quarter of a million dollars.
“The support we’ve received from donors and voters all over the Seventh District has been overwhelming,” said Barry, “I am honored by the level of enthusiasm and energy we’ve seen so far, and we’re just getting started. Our fundraising total shows how ready Middle Tennesseans are for a new kind of leadership in Congress - leadership with a vision for an economy and a government that works for everyone.”
